I have a SaaS product. The application works as a social media management and automation, bot builder (and messenger tools like Chatfuel and ManyChat), emails and SMS campaigns tools.
It combines social media automation, bot building, email and SMS marketing.
We’ve now a few users. But honestly I don’t know what are the hosting features that we need to guarantee the availability of our services to thousands of users and for millions of requests per second since we’re talking about bots and automation on social media.
