We were automatically switched when Yahoo business transitioned. Approximately once a month lately I am unable to access my email, unable to attach files or respond. Without fail tech support explains the “Escalation Team” is aware of the problem and it has been deemed a priority. In my experience that means You’ll be unable to access email for the next few hours. When I try to explain this affects my business negatively- I am told that I need to understand with millions of clients around the world the servers need to be updated. So essentially deciding to update servers in the middle of the business day therefore interrupting my business is OK. We’re currently researching alternatives. My advice- don’t place your business life in the hands of Aabaco
Aabaco has excellent customer support – knowledgeable, patient and willing to guide you through steps to solve problems you may encounter yet again. Sadly, though, they need excellent customer support: the email problems over the last several months, from simply shutting down to disappearing composing-in-progress probably could not be solved by customer support but having those friendly folks on standby made up for a lot when I needed to make Sitebuilder changes to my website. Appreciate the free tools for tracking website views but this is nearly balanced out again, by a negative/holdover from Yahoo!: The pricing is quoted as a monthy figure but must be paid in advance as an annual one, so, like a cell phone contract, you’re hooked in. Does excellent customer service and easy to use site tracking tools balance out disappearing email and deceptive pricing? Will consider the others on this site and decide next year.
I had several questions that concerned me regarding not working with Yahoo techs directly about my domain. When I called my old Yahoo support number this new tech came on. He was very cordial and patient answering all my questions. He also took the time to go step by step while I was on my computer to make sure I understood what I was doing and why it was to be done this way. I am no computer expert but when you the help was great.
Hello,
I own a small music business and had to have my webpage done succently and easy to follow for my visitor. I contacted Aabco with some (to me!) serious issues. Resolving my web issues was time consuming and the Aabco representative was competent and, to my happiness, patient and kind! Thank you Aabco for your very impressive, successful help.
Sincerely,
Kathleen Kniskern
I became an Aabaco business customer by default when Yahoo ended their website and merchant account business division. Initially, I was going to move my domain, as I no longer needed a business account and services on that domain name. The technology specialists I talked to were helpful and complete. I thought the domain had been moved but the new host dropped the ball and when I turned off the Aabaco account several months later my server crashed.
The Aabaco staff was again incredibly helpful; despite the fact at that point, I was not a customer. After more research and experiencing the poor support response on the “new “ domain holder, I returned to Aabaco one more time and asked about options for hosting my domain with Aabaco. Again the 3 technology staff members I worked with on different pieces were helpful, patient, accurate and excellent communicators, in lay terms, throughout the process.
I am delighted to be working with a company that clearly values each interaction and cares about it customers in all stages of the relationship. What a valuable and refreshing experience in the business world climate.

The support I’ve received to solve my questions by phone was excellent! I forgot my password and the gentlemen on the phone guided me step by step in the kindest way possible. I fully recommend you not to hesitate to make a call if you need support. I love to be a customer of aabaco
I spoke with Pratul about a very difficult issue with mobile receipt of Yahoo Business e-mails. He was polite and patient, and spent over half an hour on the phone with me before telling me that he would have to spend more time off-line to troubleshoot my problem. He said that would get back to me within a few hours. He did call me back, to tell me that the problem had a known cause, and that the engineers were working on it. It should be resolved within 24 hours. That’s the status right now. But I was appreciative that, even though my issue has not yet been resolved, (1) Pratul went to great lengths to maintain security of my account, and (2) he took me seriously enough to try and get to the root of my problem.
Aabaco works great for our business needs. This service is cost efficient and offers a robust set of features for various hosting needs. When we have issues the support is very helpful and works diligently to resolve our problems. The support specialist I spoke with stayed on the phone with me to ensure that my issues were resolved in a timely manner, restoring functionality to our site.
The support staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly resolve our problems. Our library uses the services mainly for the business e-mail, which is very easy to set up and easy to use. We have not used the web services enough at this time to evaluate and review. Overall I would recommend the service.
Most of the support people were very inflexible and provided very little help and were a waste of time. Our web site was down and email was down, and the confirmation email was going to an address that was down, so it didn’t do any good to send email there. But they didn’t seem to care. So it took me two days to get my web site up. It would have taken even longer, but the final support person I talked to was reasonable and was able to help me get things working again.
Aabco took over Yahoo Business e-mails.
I had been using alias e-mails and did not see the change over and my account was cancelled. All my e-mails…gone!
Yahoo was zero help.
I contacted Aabco and at first, I think I confused a couple of the help guys. So I took a deep breath waited until the next day and
I was BLESSED to talk to Prakash! He was patient and methodical. He said let me call you back within an hour or two.
He called me within an hour or so. He told me to log in and WHAMO…all my e-mails were back! (I know now to back them up).
Nevertheless, Prakash, took care of everything and we are thrilled to say the least!
We will be on top of the account NOW…but, it does not take away from Prakash being “THE MAN” and handling everything to help us out!
Thank you to Prakash and Aabco!!!
We had some difficulty switching to Aabaco from Yahoo, but made one phone call and had everything promptly and easily resolved. Don’t have a long history yet, but have to say it’s off to the best start I’ve had switching to any other business recently. We understand that issues arise, but having them so easily handled is a big deal. We are very appreciative. We feel it’s a great value and will be pleased to continue to do business with Aabaco.
Do not use this company. Trust me, when it comes to tech support and security, you will be left swinging in the wind. Their servers dive on a regular basis (go down) with no explanation and has taken up to 48 hours to repair. If you have an e-commerce site or do live broadcast like my company does, DO NOT USE AABACO. You will be sorry. I have been a web developer for 18 years and Publisher for 12 years and I have never seen a hosting company so unreliable. All of my company’s info, emails, photos and domains are tied up with this disaster they call a web hosting business. We will have to shut down and spend thousands of dollars on I.T. techs to move everything not to mention the days my company will be lose in income. Stay away from this company unless you have money to burn. Aabaco sucks royally!!!!!!
