Customers who just want to focus on creating blog posts using WordPress without having to deal with servers, can select M3 Server’s WordPress plans. Like the other plans, the WordPress plans come with at least 2 dedicated CPUs, a high amount of bandwidth allowances, and some RAM. The WordPress plans include setup without additional fees along with malware removal. M3 Server’s managed WordPress hosting is specially optimized to improve response times and enhance website performance.
Other than providing hosting services for customers, M3 Server offers additional services. M3 Server’s infrastructure consists of datacenters in multiple locations throughout the US and Europe. Though M3 does not give many details on its datacenters, the company is able to achieve and guarantee a 99.9% uptime.
Backups
Customers who need their data protected from loss should consider backup plans from M3. The backup plans vary by the amount of space that can be backed up offsite on a daily basis. Customers concerned with reverting back to a previous backup will be glad to know that the backup plans include at least 10 restoration points.
Support and Customer Service
M3 Server prides itself on serving its customers no matter how big or small. As a result, the company allows customers to contact support in many ways including phone, e-mail, and support tickets. In addition to contacting service, customers can check out articles and tutorials on the company’s website 24/7.
Billing
