Miss Hosting Introduction
Miss Hosting is a relatively young web hosting company that’s part of the Miss Group, a series of companies covering web services and more. Its headquarters are split between Sweden and the USA, giving it likely appeal with businesses in both Europe and North America, although its datacenter is located in Stockholm which is where its target market appears to be based. It has nine members of staff, and its services are pitched at beginners, with packages starting from site builders and scaling up from there.
Across the Miss Hosting site, you’ll notice that much of the content is displayed in English, while other parts, like the knowledgebase, can also be displayed in Swedish. Additionally, some content can be displayed in Finnish and Norwegian.
Services and Specializations
Miss Hosting offers four main categories of website hosting services, all on Linux machines.
Its shared web hosting is priced to compete with the major shared hosting providers, and it offers various tiers of service, depending on both features and capacity. The most basic Miss Hosting shared plans only allow customers to host one website, so for unlimited sites, you’ll need to step up and pay more. All plans include unlimited bandwidth and email storage capacity, while the top level shared hosting plan also offers unlimited storage space for your data.
A site builder is also included with shared hosting plans, and this is also marketed as a service in its own right. The site builder includes customizable templates, responsive layouts, and a drag-and-drop editing interface.
Next up, there’s reseller hosting, which provides resellers the tools they need to sell unlimited accounts with unlimited domains. Again, there are three plans, and disk space and bandwidth increase along with the price. All reseller hosting accounts come with cPanel and WHM for simple client management.
Dedicated server packages are split into three tiers, with processor cores, RAM, and bandwidth increasing along with the package tariff.
Finally, there’s cloud VPS hosting, which is billed monthly or hourly according to your own preference. There are five package tiers at the standard level, plus additional “premium” packages aimed at business users. VPS hosting is provisioned using OnApp. Customers can optionally purchase IP addresses from various countries for an additional fee, which is claimed to be an SEO advantage for certain types of businesses.
Miss Hosting also offers domain registration services, with a range of TLDs on offer.

We have had hosting with Miss Hosting for a little over a year now. I am not the "techy" one so I was dependent on their support and help when I set up my WordPress site and they were there for me 24/7. It is very easy to communicate and get help from them, I had to upgrade my plan and it just took a couple of minutes to do so. I can highly recommended them.

I can absolut recommend Miss Hosting for my hompage babelbygg.se 5 star easy! I have had a loot of diffrent hosting companys before and Miss Hosting is the the best just because they help you with everything. So if you are in need of a smaller host that is not a part of the bigger group Miss Hosting is simply the best.
Datacenters
Miss Hosting’s datacenter is located in Stockholm, Sweden. From the description on its website, we believe that it’s Pionen, a datacenter built in an old nuclear bunker that is located 30 meters below the city. Unfortunately, Miss Hosting doesn’t specifically confirm the name of its data center on its website, so it’s not possible to list out the features in confidence.
Support and Customer Service
Miss Hosting provides 24/7 support for all of its hosting customers. Customers must submit support requests through the ticketing system, or via the email address on the site. There’s a form on its website that makes logging a new request very simple.
There’s also an online knowledgebase on the Miss Hosting site, in English and Swedish as we previously mentioned. This provides basic information about hosting, but is lacking any advanced information.
No phone support is advertised, so we must assume phone support is not provided and everything has to be done via email or ticket. There is a telephone number and live chat box, but both seem to be for sales inquiries.
Backups
Miss Hosting takes nightly backups of its client data, and it promises to restore files if there’s a problem. It’s not clear whether these backups are made available to clients, or whether they’re purely for the host’s internal use.
Uptime Guarantee
Miss Hosting advertises a 99.9% uptime guarantee on all of its hosting plans.
Money-Back Guarantee
All plans are provided with a 45-day money-back guarantee, but this won’t apply to any domain names that you purchase along with your hosting.
Summary
Miss Hosting is a promising host backed with experienced staff. Its location in Sweden gives it a niche, and it offers a wide range of hosting packages for practically any purpose. It’s good to see a choice of IPs, which will be of interest to marketers and SEO professionals. Some of its claims are a little vague, but it still looks like an attractive option for businesses in Scandinavia and northern Europe.

My experience with Miss Hosting has been outstanding so far. I am very happy customer with their services and technical support. So far I have experienced fast speeds on the shared hosting package I picked up. The control panel is easy to use I have yet to find an issue on this hosting provider.
