I tried a few other website builders before settling on Site123. The reasons I chose Site123 is because it really is the best! In a world where everyone says they’re the best, it’s great to find a company that really is!
Their customer service and customer support are Amazing! Live chat with people who seem to care as much about my website as I do is incredible. I never wait more than one minute fire a response when I attempt to contact support either.
This is Huge! I love Site123 so much that I have referred several friends to the site. I only regret that I didn’t know about their referral program before I did that.

I love the way Site123 helps us to quickly build good looking and responsive e-commerce store. The support is also very responsive and have always a full set of presentation that helps us understand how to solve a problem or clear our doubts. I’ve already signed with them for 1 ecommerce Store and it’s working fine.
This store has 1 category of products with the same VAT tax (23%)
So I thought to open another webstore with Site123, with all my beverage portfolio, to replace an existing e-commerce store I have that had became obsolete. The store sells wines with a VAT rate of 13%, and Spirits at a VAT rate of 23%. Unfortunately, the support team seems not able to understand the question and the answer is that they can’t have 2 different tax rates in the same region for 2 different category of products…..
I do believe they are not understanding the question. It looks unbelievable that such a great platform as Site123 has such a limitation which is not exclusive from my country, Portugal…. I wonder if someone else had the same situation and found a workaround. Many thanks
