I’m not sure on how the UK side of things work, but the Asian support team are diabolical. Nearly a week now since I left them, and I’m still getting support tickets coming through asking if my issue is resolved. Well yes, it IS resolved, I left after less than one day after finding that all the support team were doing was sending you over to the ‘Live Chat’, only to find that the ‘Level Two Support Team’ were even more dense than the guys on the phone.
All in all, a horrendous experience. And this is the only hosting company I know that refuses to accommodate your email if you’re using WordPress on a shared hosting plan. This was the final straw, and I’m only too glad that I’ve not needed to let my customers down, and they can contact me once more!
