The Verdict
Clearly not a viable option if you prefer Linux, WinHost offers only Windows hosting solutions. They do not offer any virtual private server (VPS) options or cloud hosting at all. What they do offer are three streamlined Windows hosting plans with quite low prices, a money-back guarantee, and a staff with ASP.NET expertise. They dont even let you use their DNS if you buy the domain from them, and wont refund it. Only option is to pay again for a transfer. Support is pretty ignorant and condescendant.
Told them what the problem was, they refused to fix it because they said it was a code problem. When I transfered everything and made the change I asked them, everything worked perfectly. One of the worst hosting experiences I’ve had so far…
