Does Servint offer month-to-month billing?
Yes, Servint does offer a monthly billing option.
What other billing cycles do they offer?
When you order your new hosting plan, you can choose to pay monthly, or for 6 or 12 months ahead.
Is domain registration free?
ServInt provides domain registration services in partnership with Name.com, but they don’t offer free registration.
What types of payment do they accept?
Servint accepts payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express) or Paypal.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
No, Servint doesn’t offer any general money-back guarantees for new customers. They explain on their website that free trials are often misused for illegal purposes, and they don’t want to risk putting their customers’ websites at risk.
However, they do have a Service Level Agreement with a 100% network guarantee, 100% total coverage guarantee, and 100% support guarantee. If Servint fails to meet a guarantee, customers can request a credit of 5% off their monthly bill for each 30 minutes the guarantee wasn’t meant, up to 100% of their monthly bill. Fees are not refundable for any other reason.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Servint doesn’t provide any refunds for services paid in advance if you cancel. In order to cancel, you must provide written notice no less than 30 days before your account is scheduled to renew, or else your account will be automatically renewed for the next billing period.
Will my price go up when my hosting plan renews?
Servint does offer discounts if you pay for 6 or 12 months ahead of time. If you receive one of these discounts, you will see a price increase as your hosting plan will be renewed at the regular rate, not the discounted rate.
Which hosting plan should I choose?
The hosting plan you choose will depend on the resources your website needs.
