We’ve been using their cloud service for a while and recently become a customer of their web hosting. We’ve only had a few minor issues with uptime, but one thing that has stood out: Their support staff are incredibly responsive and very helpful. Any problem we’ve had, whether our fault or theirs, they’ve been very helpful and friendly and responded very quickly.
There may be better hosts out there, but if you’re unsure or inexperienced, stick with the company that’s not afraid to lend you a helping hand.

well we have been associated with gigeNET for 2.5 years (though i didn’t know this because i purchased from a reseller). but suddenly they disabled some functions due to which my site went down specially phpbb3. they said this script has some loops in security. But my forum was so large that i can’t change my script. I asked my reseller to change the server. though the new server provided me the functions but the downtime was very much in a single week which we have’t experienced with gigeNET for last 2.5 years. then i changed my script to MyBB and switched back to gigeNET. Though for security purposes they have disabled some functions but still forum runs smooth with them and almost > 90% uptime.
A single forum new topic creation took <1 sec on gigeNET while it was taking > 10 sec on the server we switched.
All in all, I am happy with gigeNET, really. 🙂
Have been with Gigenet for several years using their cloud virtual servers. We have used other providers (both dedicated and virtual) before so have good experience with what’s out there.
My favourite part about Gigenet? Their rock-solid customer service. They’ve assisted us with a variety of needs and requirements – from “specialized” implementations, trouble-shooting, and billing questions, and they have responded every time quickly, accurately and resolved all issues.
Their infrastructure is rock-solid. Having two data centers is an asset for distributing content.
Their control panel is straightforward and very easy to deploy new VM’s within seconds.
They have features such as elastic IP’s and VLAN’s which allow for load-balanced solutions.
The price for performance is very good value.
I strongly recommend GigeNet.
