Infrastructure

madRooster has datacenters throughout the US and Europe; however, all clients must have at least one server in their Phoenix location. Their Phoenix datacenter is a 160,000 square foot facility run on 100% green energy. It offers Tier III datacenter specifications, multiple upstream providers, camera monitoring and motion detection, and point-to-point transfer to their Ashburn and Amsterdam facilities. Their other facilities offer similar features; however, they are not powered by 100% green energy.

Support and Customer Service

Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via an online ticketing system. Semi-dedicated and dedicated plans also offer system administration. 1 hour is provided for free, and extra hours are available for an additional cost.

Uptime Guarantee

madRooster offers a 99.95% uptime guarantee. A credit of 5% of the monthly fee is available for every half-hour outage in excess of the monthly allowance.

Billing and Payment Policies

Payment is accepted via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or PayPal. Plans are automatically renewed, unless cancelled prior to your next billing date.
