MyDomain.com is horrible! They sent an Icann notice to an inactive email address that I had on file. Then since I didn’t respond (since I never got the email), they shut down my DNS…
In other words, I lost email, website… everything!! I contacted their chat support and even sent them a picture of my passport to verify my identity at 3PM on a Thursday.
It is now 9:30 PM and they are still "working on it". My business is totally down. Would not recommend them to anyone. Beware!!!

Everything was fine… ’til it wasn’t. My VPS went down, and stayed down. It’s been 26 hours since I first reported it, and I have yet to hear from them what broke, how, why, what’s being done to fix it, nor how long it will take.
They’ve even hinted to me that the "department" it’s been escalated to may not work weekends. Last I checked, the WWW was a 24/7 operation. I am soooo out of here!

We recently added an SSL certificate for our website. Sporadically we get an error that the certificate is not valid, – that it belongs to bizland.com, which is not our site. I have contacted support countless times, was told that it was being caused by several different issues, and received follow up each time saying it was fixed.
This has been going on for a month. We still get the error.
