ok this is my testimonial of simple servers. I joined them to improve my websites performance and they were very helpful, the website is now allot faster which is good for business. The problem that I have is that whenever I have a problem they either ignore support tickets or they offer to resolve the issue at a fee around £65.00 per hour, which is a total rip off when the problem is not on your fault.
we have just moved from a host with terrible support to simple servers. my initial enquiry was via the phone number where i got a polite lady answering. Non of the sales team were available so i expected not to hear back. to my surprise my call was returned within 10 minutes and i had a very informative chat with one of the guys i think called simon?
they explained the process of the free transfer of my existing site and what improvements i could do to make the site run faster. i signed up a week later and supplied all my details to FTP. the site was moved and up and running within 24hrs and the speed is heaps faster. i have noticed a small increase in sales due to the new speed i think and so far there has been no problems.
over all simple servers were professional, helpful, and reliable. i would say the prices are a bit more than other hosts but i suppose you get what you pay for customer support has been very good.
Site was transferred fast and i was kept upto date. I even called and spoke to someone at 10pm. Support has been great and site is lots lots faster.
