Overall, I think they are very good and I’m glad I transferred over from my last host. The server is much faster and everyone knows that fast loading pages are important nowadays. I got 10Gb RAM, 10 cores and 1000TB of bandwidth…
it was a bargain for the price. I do sometimes have issues with getting locked out of the server due to security issues when I use too many connections on my FTP client, but the staff usually fix it very quickly. They can be grumpy sometimes but overall they are very helpful. I will be staying with the for the foreseeable future.

I have been with Turnkey for as long as I can remember (ok, in all reality it is probably a good 5 years now). Prior to finding them I was bunny hopping hosts like it was going out of fashion because I could never find a stable provider with outstanding customer service at a reasonable price. After finding Turnkey I can say they are exactly that, great value for money, outstanding customer service (their team will always go the extra mile for you) and a really rock solid network with a great track record for uptime.
Having hosted all the way from shared hosting to VPS to Dedicated Servers with them over the years, Turnkey was able to grow with me as my needs grew as well and have brilliantly stepped up to the plate in every challenge or question I have thrown at them. I could not more highly recommend their services, their network and most importantly their people.
