WebNX provides all of its customers with 24 hours a day, 365 days a year support by phone, by support ticket, and through online chat.

Customer Service

Similar to its client support services, customer service from WebNX is available by phone, email, and live chat 24/7/365. For customers that need to report abuse, WebNX provides a postal address and direct email for contact. In the event of abuse, WebNX strongly advises against using phone or live chat for contact.

Uptime Guarantee

WebNX has a very aggressive uptime guarantee. If there is any network outage longer than 15 minutes, clients are credited with one day of service. In addition to that, they also guarantee no power interruptions, and any power outage is credited at the same rate: one day for every 15 minutes.

In the event that hardware needs replaced, WebNX also has a very aggressive policy: within two hours of a confirmed failure, they will make a best effort to replace the hardware. In the event that two hour turnaround cannot be met, WebNX will build and provision a secondary system within eight hours. They do not guarantee regular backups of data stored on hardware, however, so if you host with WebNX, you will want to have an offsite backup solution.
