I have a nice VPS with Knownhost that I’ve run my main site: blifaloo.com off of for the last 3 months. 10k uniques a day just on that site and no downtime/slowdowns so far whatsoever. (My old VPS often died and needed restarting at that traffic level).
The only support I have requested from KnownHost was getting them to help me move my VPS to their servers. The support was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and we managed to transfer my VPS to Knownhost with no noticeable downtime.
If you are looking for a VPS host I would recommend giving them a try.
